Menace

I got my Mathews Mission Menace (triple M) for Christmas in 2009. I have never shot a bow before, but wanted to start getting into bowhunting. I took two classes with the dealer, and started practicing every chance I got. I absolutely love this bow and feel so comfortable taking it on a hunt. I was able to shoot my first deer ever with my bow, and I plan to shoot lots more.

This bow is also a great stress reliever for me. I love to just go out in the yard set up my target and fire away. I shoot all the time to stay in practice, and sometimes wish I could shoot more. I hope to someday maybe enter an archery competition, and see how great I do. I recomended this bow to any beginners. It is also girl- friendly and not too bulky.

This is my first bow and I still use it every week at my club in WA. We shoot at targets and the bow is really good, quiet and has lots of adjustment. My mum and sister also have a Menace which they really like. But I was very lucky and got the blueberry anodised version the Menace.

I have had a Menace for just over a year. I am a 16 year old girl from New Zealand and this is my first compound bow. I am amazed at the accuracy and ease of this bow, especially for the price. I also really love the camo, but unfortunately I cannot go hunting with it as we do not have enough game. It is also really good because it is adjustable to grow with me, and my dad can have a play with it as well.
A very versatile and amazing bow, everyone starting out on compound should invest in one!!

The Mission Menace is a good bow.  The best arrows I was told for target is the Easton Jazz. I’ve been shooting bows for 10 monthes my compound for one month. I can  shoot 1.5 inch groups from 18 meters.

I’m 16 and really wanted a bow so I got the Menace and I love it! It is very light. I’m already hitting the bulls-eye!  Its a perfect bow. I love Mathews bows! I have it set on 27 inch draw length and its right on!

I’m 13 and I’m looking for a new bow.  I got this bow when it came out and I’m sadly having to let it go to get more draw weight. I loved it since day one when I had friends over to shoot it. They saw how well I shot and how well they shot with it.  The next birthday they had that’s what they got too.

My Daughter has been showing interest in Archery/Hunting and has a couple of cousins with bows. We bought her the Mission Menace to get started with. She has had it almost a week now and is doing very well with it.

Im thinking I may need a bow now to accompany her and to give her a shooting buddy!

I’m such a small person and it was hard for me to find a good bow that fit me right. I was using a bow that didn’t fit me for a long time and then I finally found this one. I couldnt be happier with it. Its great with a good range for weight and draw length. Can’t wait for my lil one to be big enough for his own Mission too!

I am 76 and just started after a 50 year break from limited shooting with a traditional and a recurve. I puchased a Menace with all the extras from Pergson Archery in Ojai California. I am having a great time with this wonderful peace of equipment. I took lessons from Bob Pergson at his store and indoor archery range. I am doing quite well by any standard. I have had years of experience with fine machinery, tools and high end sporting equipment. This is one of the best and performs flawlessly. Thanks Mathews.

I have been a Mathews man for years so I am biased.Got this bow for my wife so she could shoot with me,she shoot it a few times and lost interest. I cranked up the draw weight, set it to 27″ and shot it.  All I can say is WOW !,very accurate for such an inexpensive bow.

I bugged my dad for a bow, so he got me a menace for my 11th birthday. It’s awesome. Easy to use. I already can shoot a group smaller than my hand and have only had the bow a week. It’s so fun to shoot that I can’t stop thinking about it.

Had never shot a bow before . Purchased Menace after looking at several bows by several bow makers . The price was was my first consideration and this bow was priced lower that all the other bow I looked at. It was also very light and felt like it fit me better than the other bows.

After I shot the Menace I was positive this was the bow I wanted. It was so quiet and fast. I started out shooting at 35 pounds and after two weeks have moved up to 40 pounds. I was surprised at how easy the bow was to shoot and holding at full draw was effortless .

i love this bow! i got it when i was 8 and now im 13 and i never want to stop shooting.. its lite accurate and fast whats not to like. the best part is its accurate ive hit the nocks off my arrows so many times from tight groups.
its also a great hunting bow. ive personly have got deer and turkey with it.
IF U DONT HAVE THIS BOW NOW I SUGGEST GETTING IT

I have had my Menace for several years, and love it! The adaptability is just wonderful. I started off having never fired a bow, and with it being so adjustable, the bow was able to “grow” with my strength. Smooth draw and reliability is awesome! My first deer kill with it was something I will never forget. I HIGHLY recommend this bow to any small framed archer. I could not be happier!

My 7 yr. old grandson went to the bowshop with me last week, we set up a menace for him. He shot that bow for3 and a half hours. What a fabulous bow and time he had. Santa is bringing him a MENACE since it on his xmas list . I myself have shot matthews for ten years and that is just one amazing instrument that menace!!!!

many things made me take a good look at this bow. i love it”s small frame, it”s accuracy and punch ! you can hunt all day and never have to wonder what if ? with the assurance that it wont wear you down in tough terain.

My Mission menace is the best bow it’s very lightweight and is quick as well I have had this bow for three years and the strings are still in good nick so defiantly the best bow on the market in my opinion you would have to be crazy not to like it.

I received this bow via a local archery shop in Hicksville, NY. It felt amazingly smooth in my hands, but the shock was a little powerful for me. I fixed this slight problem by using an Axion 6″ stabalizer. The only thing I regret about buying this bow is the color. I bought it straight off the shelf in Lost Camo All Terain, but I would have preferred it in Blue Gator.

I love my Mission Menace! I got it when I was 9. When I was 10 years old I joined 4-h and shot fifth in state with it. It was really fun! Then, when I was 11 I went bow hunting. I shot a button buck with my Menace. It is a great bow and I really enjoy it. I will be shooting it for a while because it has really extensive poundage and draw length and I love it. I really enjoy the way it shoots, it is a great bow! I look forward to the next achievments with my Mission Menace!!!

I LOVE IT!!! I shot my first “RobinHood” with it on Sunday July 11th at 20yrds!!!

I love my new Menace!! The Camo is cool and it’s so smooth. Dad pays me every time I hit the folded dollar. He said to stop since he ran out of money.
